It's been a long time since I've blogged about my weight loss/getting into shape. I've been working out with a trainer, running and not eating any better. So, I've not really lost a lot of weight. So, I'm getting back to it. My health isn't getting better and that is worrisome to me. So, I've made the decision to get back at it.
I haven't weighed in a while either. Tomorrow I'm going to head to the gym but I'm going to Publix (which is next to the gym) and weigh in before I hit the weights and treadmill. I'll post all of that tomorrow.
